The Leaving Of Liverpool

Not long now until Managing Director Joe Caddick joins the crew of the Liverpool Clipper in Freemantle, Western Australia. Whilst downunder, Joe will take the opportunity to visit clients, Parks Victoria in Melbourne to assist with the commissioning of their recently delivered Buddy boats.

The fleet will depart Freemantle on 1st January 2006, returning Liverpool in early July.

For those of you who have not been keeping an eye on the exciting progress of Liverpool 08 (1st and 2nd in the first two races) Liverpool is currently lying in 8th position off South America heading for Cape of Good Hope, but their performance should improve now they have removed an old barnacle encrusted mooring line off their keel. The crews report a good deal of rubbish and are constantly looking out for debris in the water - sounds like a job for Water Witch!
